6305 knocks

I have 2 6305s (the new ones) and 1 of them knocks when it turns on. It's especially noticable when the snail kicker turns on as is clicks hard each time it cycles. Is this something I can fix or do I need to send it back?

Ken,

I can send a couple disks, 6065.792, these are essentially shims and they line up the drive unit in the electromagnetic field so they drive unit doesn't get pulled down on start up.

Thanks, I'm sending a 6201 that died and it's OK if you wait and put the discs in the box with the return.
