This is the new tank my girlfriend and I are building. It is a 65 gallon. I just drilled the back and we're waiting for all the new equipment to arrive here in the next few days. We currently have 2 30 gallon tanks set up that will be merged into this one tank. Enjoy!!

hmmmm..........ive seen the same thing done on youtube. Is that where u got the idea?

hey, you never emailed me back. Do you want the ballast for the PC 96w and 2 10k bulbs? I just got the bulbs last week. I'm going to drop the ballast off over by jason to fix the one side.

Thanks, I'm kainda curious my self. I think I may change out that piece of tubing for a PVC T fitting, but we'll see. Thank you for the compliment.

In a way it is a durso system, in theory. Its kinda hard to see but there is a piece of clear plexie glass that covers the tops of the bulkheads inside the overflow box. This make the water have to enter the bulkhead from the bottom of the box underneath the water surface. Then as you can see from the the back of the tank, there is tubing inserted to allow for air flow to hopefully minimize gurgling. Well that is the idea, being that I have never used this system I'm just going with what I have read. Also I'm trying to justify this purchase. I'm looking forward to see how this turns out. I will keep all informed. Has anyone else tried to use a Glasshole internal overflow box? If so let me know your experience. Thanks
