65w Pc over 10g enough light?

Is this enough to even keep some easy sps like monti's?

How do you figure how much light they need? I heard watts per gallon wasn't a correct way to

No - watts per gallon is wrong. If you had a 100w incandescent light bulb over a 1G tank, you would have 100 watts per gallon.

Intensity is the key with SPS. PC bulbs don't generate enough intensity.

If you want to keep SPS successfully, look into MH, LED, or T5 HO.

I have a 4x39 extreme nova that plan on puttin on 40breeder that's probably not enought light either

The ten gallon is my grow out tank so that's why I'm asking
