Heres a few pics of my 120. First pic is from march 26th of this year. The others are from today. All with a bunch of help from my neighbor who's also a reefer.

Yes it was xenia. One of my first corals. I got rid of them before they took over my tank. They were just to big of a p.i.t.a. to keep secluded to 1 or 2 rocks. Next thing to go will be the GSP

what did you use for substrate.? Looks like what I have. Agrogate but large size. I find its tough to keep nice looking but I am going to stick with it.

The substrate is a small crushed aggregate . It used to get dirty and yellow really easy. But I added a 100 gal sump in the basement, added a ozone generator and it really seemed to help keep it clean. I also vac the substrate every 3 or 4 months. Also thats a reflection off the glass with the yellow tang. I'll make my neighbor put up some of his pics on Sunday. The pic I posted of his doesn't do it justice.Once again thanks for the nice words.

What is in the overflow box in the first pic? Is it sand, rock?

That was my first diy overflow box. It wanted to float so I added crushed coral to it for extra weight . Here are some pics of my neighbors 72 Bow.
