70 watt MH or 150 MH over ten gallon?

For my SPS ten gallon nano should I go with the 70 watt MH or 150 watt MH? I will buy a small chiller and have a 30 gallon sump so I am not worried about the heat. The MH fixture that I will get is the Sunpod

go for the 150....in my expierence you will end up buying it later...in this bussiness buy the best you can

Thanks. I thought maybe the 150 over a ten gallon tank may bleach them, guess not though. Do you think the zoa's will do OK under that lighting? Might add a clam as well =)

I also would do a 150W, if it bleaches corals, you could lower the PAR level by going with a 14KK or 20KK bulb. That may be a little easier for zoos to take. I prefer the blue bulbs anyway.

I would probably do a 14K then as I don't like how much blue the 20K gives off.

150 14k over a 10 gallon seems like a lot. you don't want to heat up the water too much with such a small tank.

I use 150W XM 20K over my 10 gal and keep mostly zoos and LPS with very good results.

150 watt sunpod comes with a 14k buld, go with that

I have 175w 14k 10" over the top of my 10g no sump,open top, small computer fan blowing over the surface no temp problems
