7091 controller

I am going to use this controller for my 6055, right now my 6055 is set to 2/3 between 12 to 24 volts. (18 volts) With the 7091, if I set Pulse Knob 1 at 100% and Pulse Knob 2 at 30% , are they getting the 100% and 30% respectively from the 2/3 power set of my 6055? or should I set my 6055 first to 24 volts (max power) so that the 7091 controller will produce the actual 100% and 30% of the power of 6055? or 12-24 volts has nothing to do with it? Also, if I read the instruction right, at darkness, the photo cell will only give the set power of Pulse Knob 2 but not totally shut the pump off as night mode.

Your assumptions are correct, right now you will get 30-100% of the 18V setting, about 400-1100 gph, at 24V the range will be about 500-1500. Lowering the voltage lowers the entire range of adjustment.
