7091 freaking out

My 7091 is freaking out it will flash the lights on the high and low setting rapidly when the pulse is turned all the way down. I have tried unplugging the stream and unplugging the driver and unplugging the light sensor to no avail. is the controller faulty? I have cleaned the stream also to make sure it was not dirty and causing this. The stream and controller are about a month old.

If neither the driver or controller got wet it could be faulty. Send it in and I will have a look at it.
