hi,i buy a new 7092 controler,and wanna know;´the 7092 don´t switch the 2 pumps??tanks.

It should do so by pressing the +/- button to reach the certain time interval, it initiates the pulse mode.
You can choose syn or reverse pulse by adjusting the jumper position (but you have to disassembly the controller box).

I am guessing you mean it won't switch between the two pumps? This is correct, only 7095 and 7096 can alternate between pumps, the most you can do with 7092 is an inverse pulse, you open the controller and change the jumper to inverse and in this setting it will run one pump at the opposite pulse of the other.
