7094 and wavebox?

Well I've had a wavebox for about a month or two.

Just picked up a 6100 with a 7094 controller. I'm waiting on the deco rock for the stream so can the controller hook up to the wavebox without any problems? Which stream is in the wavebox?

You have to use the controller that came with the wavebox and the only reason to connect this controller to the multicontroller is if you want to turn the wavebox off for parts of the day. The wavebox pump is a 6200 with a 6100 transformer, it will burn out if not used with its controller as it was never intended to run continuously. To connect the controller to the muticontroller you need to open the wavebox controller and switch it to extern.

I heard that the 6100 is the same pump as the 6000 but just the ransformer is different. So I guess 6000, 6100 and 6200 is interchangable?

Not really, the 6200 is kind of on it's own. The 6000 and 6100 is an easy interchange but the 6200 has to be a bit more robust, it takes more power, it has a bigger prop and as a 6200 it has an 80w Transformer, as a wavebox pump it never cycles to full power draw so the 60w transformer is sufficient but if you were to just leave it running long term the transformer would burn out.
