7095 phot-electric cell not working

I bought a used 7095. For some reason it won't go into night mode and the moonlight won't come on. Any suggestions?

Have you turned these features on on the control panel?

Yes. Actually the night mode works but the LED does not light up. Any suggestions Roger?

That assembly needs to be replaced. If you are comfortable soldering four small wires I can send the part, otherwise you can send it in for the part to be replaced. I am out of these assemblies but I should get them next week.
