7095

First please double check the connection from the 7095 to the 6105. Then try swapping the connection cables between two of the controllable pumps and see if the problem stays on the same pump or moves with the cable.

Does it respond to speed changes and adjustments on the controller otherwise? Do you see any sign of water damage to the end connection or is the potentiometer on the junction box turned down. Also, verify that it is running and not just turning on once every 20 seconds for "fish care". A pump made prior to Sept 2011 will run for a few fell revolutions every 20 seconds, newer pumps will just twitch a half turn about and this is far less perceptible. This is a standard feature designed to keep animals out of the pump during foodtimer or other programs where the pump is resting.

Thanks tried the speed settings on the controller no change. Unplugged the connector and power feeding into the black box looked fine. Took the box apart looked fine put it back then tried the pumps speed it changed from high to low back to high the speed changed. Plugged the connector back on back to normal. So think you were right something had to be in the black box.
