7096 controller issues

My 7096 controller will not turn back on one of the 6105's after using the feed mode. Anything I can do to correct this?

The most likely problem is calcium build up in the pump, if it has been in use for at least 3 months, open the pump, remove the propeller/magnet (drive unit) soak the motor and propeller assembly in 50/50 vinegar and water until no lime scale is visible. Another possibility would be if the potentiometer on the pump connector was turned down, this always needs to be at 100% when a controller is used.

Power head cleaned 2 months ago. So I went ahead and cleaned it again in vinegar. There is never calcium deposits in my pumps. Only slime. It is still doing the same thing. This is only on one power head. I have to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it to start. And sometimes it still does start or it comes on and off a bunch of times until I kill the power again. The potentiometer has always been turned up since they been put in. Turned fully to the right. Connections was checked several times before posting here. I will switch places with another to see if it is the power head or the controller.

OK, keep me posted, I might also try turning the speed on the pump in question (on the controller) higher, it could be an issue where 30% is lower than 30% for some reason and then at 40% it would start properly. How old are the pumps and has this one always done this or is this a new issue.

I'm not quite sure how old it is. 3-4 years maybe. But it came with the wide flow nozzle. It 's been on 50 percent all the time for the last 4 months. Before that it was running 50-100 percent. I'll keep you posted. Probably get to it tomorrow.

Switch cables on controller. It turns out it is the power head. The only way I can get it to turn on is to kill the power to all power heads to shut down the controller. If I do it for the power head with the problem, it won't come back on. When it does come back on, it turns off and on several times until I kill the power again.

I would send that pump in, it could be repairable, it may need a new motor but that is much cheaper than a new pump.

Figured it out. The voltage block went out (model 9935). I have 120 volts going in and 0.6 volts coming out. Where do I order a new one.
