7096 via blue-tooth

You are free to try it, hypothetically it is possible, but we haven't been able to do it and we have tried.

Wouldn't the 7096 need to have Bluetooth capability built into it (ie an internal receiver) to function via Bluetooth?

I would think that if you had two Bluetooth USB dongles you could make it work, but we haven't been able to do so.

If I'm not mistaken, two dongles is not the same as a USB cable connection; you still need software (drivers) on each end to interface with the dongle (and some sort of CPU to run that software).

Additionally, Bluetooth needs to be "paired" - something the 7096 does not have provision for.

rdelong, we just got some Friday, your order should be filled very soon. We filled all of PA's backorders for 7096's.
