i would disregard the last two posts...
You can keep whatever you want as long as you watch your params, keep good flow and 0 nitrates and sps's should be doable, i plan on putting the 70w mh on my MB7 this summer/fall, i want a few montiporas in there. i guess dosing one or three things may be needed, but if you got the water changes down pat and did 10% 3 times every two weeks, you may be able to keep your levels high enough for sps.

70w MH are fine. I would reccomend a actinic PC supplement also.
