70w DE Metal Halide

I got a SMOKIN deal on a 70w SunPod DE Metal Halide fixture, and I am wondering how good it will be on a 24g AP Nano?

Also, I want to slowly save to upgrade to a 150w ballast and bulb... any suggestions?
