7240.27 driver replacement?

Is there anywhere where I can find a replacement for the 7240.27? I noticed the contacts for the power are damaged (haven't tried to resolder them yet) but when I plug in the controller the pump stops (which im assuming is because the power contacts are broke?) if the controller is unplugged the pump will run, just on high.

They are no longer available except possibly used. They quit making pumps with drivers in late 2007 and by feb 2010 the spare drivers were no longer available. I would doubt the two are related a power connection can usually be repaired and I would suspect a faulty controller cable.
