7402 and 6100 motor block

Can you tell me if the 7402 (pree 2003) use the same motor block as the 6100?

I ask as I have 7402 that was converted to a stream a long time ago, that now sets the alarm of on the controler but when it taken back to a 7402 setup seems to run ok.

I have tried a new controler and still the same, its possible given time that even as a 7402 it will still trip the alarm as i may have a motor block starting to fail. but running to see what happens

The pre 2003 problem is two fold, first the drivers were hand made and had to be calibrated individually when they were produced and paired with a pump, a new driver is really required for use as a Stream. Also, the space of the impeller well was less so everything was a tighter fit, probably .5mm has been added to help reduce lime deposits and seizing.
