75 Gallon Inhabitants

I am setting up my first aggressive tank and I am curious what I should keep... I really like porcupine puffers and clown triggers, I am just not sure if they can live in a 75 gallon tank. The ones that I looked at are both around 4-5 inches. Also, I like the look of eels, but I don't know much about them. Do you all have any suggestions?

Clown triggers will get much to big for a 75g tank. You could have a small one in there for a year or two, but not much beyond that.

Kind of sucks having a 75 gallon tank to be honest. I was in your same boat, I had a 75 gallon tank and the amount of "cool" fish you can put in there is pretty limited. Most all of the amazing looking fish get large, not suitable for a 75 gallon tank.

I'll try to think of some good aggressive and cool looking fish that can go in a 75 gallon tank but nothing comes to mind right off the top of my head.

Maroon Clown Pair would be nice, Tang wise a Yellow, Kole or Purple, even a Regal if you get a smaller one. I have the Maroon pair, a Yellow and a Regal Tang in my 75 for the last year and a half. I am planning a upgrade to a 240 so if you are planning on doing that as well you can get some that would transfer over but as long as you are going to that. If not I wouldnt recommend a Regal. Also besides a Snowflake eel, I believe a zebra would do OK in there.

picasso triggers are realy cool predators and are generaly slower growers than most other triggers, and snowflake eels are sweet also, have one in my tank, they provide alot of activity, and dwarf lionfish are nice to keep too

A zebra moray would get way to big for a 75. I used to have a pair of maroons, a snowflake, a long nose hawk, and a fuzzy dwarf lionfish
