75 gallon mjmod highflow mod anything else?

i have had the high flow mod in my tank for about 2 weeks now.. its amazing what that mod does to the pump.. im loosing alot of sand.. the current goes from the pumps hits the wall and comes back.. lol so all my sand is piling up on the side where the pump is.. mj mod suggests 2500gph from the mod although i think i read 2200 was more accurate?? anyway if i were to go barebottom would i have to add much more flow? and if so should i just do a medium flow mod or another high? i have to tear everything now to get some fish out for ich treatment so im thinking about going barebottom while im at it.. right now i have the mod on the right side of the tank pointing towards the left and i have a 1200mj on the left with a hydor deflector pointing toward the mod.. i have pretty good randomized flow but i believe it could be better..

any advice would be greatly apreciated.

I have two 1200 mods w/ octura 2035 props clashing in the middle of a 40 breeder. Sand might work in your bigger tank, but it didn't in mine.
