75 gallon with softies and maybe sps

I know this question has probably been asked 50 million times but I need and answer kinda quick and can't find what I'm looking for if I where putting up a 4 bulb config with the icecap 630 what bulbs would you use to make it look natural and get good growth. Currently I have a 65 w 3 t12 bulbs and they are super actinic, actinic white, and then super actinic. Please help because I don't understand the lighting thing
