75 reef, sand algae bloom

having a mad brown algae bloom on the surface of the sand, water parameters are all favorable, have 6 t5 lights, 3 actinic, 3 10k's, is it ok to stir the sand gently to solve algae bloom?

If it's a new tank, it's a normal thing you just have to go through. If your water parameters are really that good, it is a self-limiting thing.

I honestly don't know about stirring. I would let it go and keep water circulation going and be sure you don't have a nitrate spike happening.

Do you have any livestock in tank?
