I have tried to search for this but not 100% sure..., thanks for answering..

I know you say that the 6010 is better for a 75 SPS, but would going BB make any difference, in terms of upgrading to the 6110? or is the water output cone just too wide to get effective flow in that size??

It just is too much for most corals, if it is strictly high flow acros it will be OK but montiporas and the like won't appreciate the first couple of feet of flow and that is about half your tank. Two 6000 and a multicontroller would be better for this reason.
