750g show tank (L shape)

WOW. Just found this thread. AMAZING. Be very proud of your build, it's incredible.

If I ever move into a more affordable state, my wife teases me that I can have a huge tank. This is an inspiration. I always wonder at what point it just goes over the top though! (not saying this is, I mean for me personally, financially) Once humidifiers need to go in, I just shake my head knowing I don't think I could ever embark on that sort of thing!

Again, congrats. Phenomenal.

I love this thread. Fantastic work!

Be careful with the soap by the sink. I always have the tendency to wash my hands when handling things and its not good for the tank to have freshly washed "anti-bacterial" hands moving things around.

it puts some obstetrical in the way, but the foam will snake around it.(the paddles are flat, so there isnt much of a obstruction.) it is a nice thing for bigger tanks, or bigger skimmers. they will pull so much in so little time, they would normally have to be emptied every day. with a cleaning head, you can use a drain cup and only clean the cup/drain cup once a week. (and still have 100% performance for that whole week)

how often do you have to clean the cleaning head itself (the skimmer cup)? or does the self cleaning mechanism keep it clean indefinitely?

when you pull the cup off, usually people rince the head as well. (which is usually weekly.) like mentioned, with out a cleaning head and wast container, you would have to clean a skimmer like that onece or twice daily. so its worth it on the real large tanks, or tanks with a good sized bio load.

I think reading this thread has been one of the more interesting 1/2 hours for me on RC. subscribed.

The plumbing for this tank makes me want to redo my plumbing tonight!

Absolutely love the scaping.... I really hope this will be a full SPS tank!!.

Keep up the great work!.

all the best and good luck with your tank.
WELL DONE!

Thank you so much for all your words!!
and finally some pictures!!! we add some corals, I have a spiral sea fan like the one Chingchai got (Junceella sp)!!!! but a lot smaller hihihi
all of the corals give the tank a really good look :)... but still a lot of room for more hihihi

here some pictures, hope you'll like it :)
keep in mind that some corals won't stay were they are now and the T5 bulb are only open at 35% since we didn't want to stress the new corals
