75g 4’ stocking

Hi, I’m thinking about doing a 75 FOWLR after the first of the year. So I’m looking for some ideas. I’ll list some fish I like, but I’m open to suggestions as well. I’m not looking to get all of these, but maybe you guys can give suggestions based on these or give me a good combo.
Maroon clown
Picasso trigger
Strawberry/orchid dortyback
Bicolor angel
Flame angel
Coral beauty angel
Lawnmower blennie
Various types of blue damsels
Dwarf lions
Some type of eel
Smaller tangs like kole’s
Maybe a type of butteryfly or fox face
Royal gramma
Blue spotted puffer
Lunar wrasse or blue headed wrasse
I’m also open to alternatives for fish that are too big or incompatible, like a blue face tilefish in place of a blue headed wrasse maybe?
I don’t mind maintenance, but my system is gonna be low tech, just lights, heater and an FX2 with chemipure blue, and a wave maker and I’m planning on 40lb LR and 4” of Argonite sand and planning on 30% WC weekly to bi weekly
I have moderate experience with salt and I have a nano reef ATM, but I’m much more of a freshwater guy (mostly rift cichlids and monsterfish) if that plays into this at all

Thanks for any suggestions!

So here’s my thought. First, it’s a lot of fish. I’d cut it down to 5-8 fish max.

With that said, some immediate red flags -

Picasso trigger - Very aggressive and grows up to 10” - will likely demolish every other fish you want for the most part

Bicolor Angel
Flame angel
Coral beauty angel

It’s generally recommended that you have only one dwarf angel per tank otherwise they will likely fight. Each of the above is in the centropyge/dwarf angel classification.

Various types of blue damsels - most are highly aggressive. Fine for a tank but a pain to get out.

Some type of eel - the type definitely is the concern here. Some stay smaller, others grow way to large for a 75. That said, they need to be well fed otherwise they will generally eat what fits in their mouth. Also very sloppy eaters in my experience so can dirty a tank up quick.

Smaller tangs like kole’s - if you do this fish, I’d only do one. Primarily territorial issues

Maybe a type of butteryfly - many butterfly’s do not do well in captivity. The type definitely depends on a recommendation or not.

fox face - I split this off from butterfly as it’s a completely different type of fish. Should be okay in a 75 but will likely quickly outgrow it. Gets 9 inches.

Lunar wrasse - No gets about 10 inches and can become territorial.

blue headed wrasse - may be okay. Gets about 8”

If I didn’t mention the fish, generally you should have no issues. Just research their care and temperment. Also some, like the Lion and Fox Face are venomous so care must be taken when hands are in the tank. Getting stung sucks (speaking from experience with the lion)

I appreciate the reply but I didn’t say I wanted all of these fish, I listed fish that I like hoping for ideas based on this list. I already have an idea what I’m probably gonna put in but I like asking in case I get an idea I didn’t think of. I’m not a rookie to this and have kept many of these in the past and currently have a reef along with a monster predator pond and several larger tanks. I know how big Picassos get for example but I also know 10” is rare in captivity and it will take 5-10 years if it does reach that size.
I’m not trying to be rude, but please read the entire question before hitting me with the “red flag” statement, thanks!

Hi!
It's like Reefing and Griss said - you need to decide what behavior level you want your tank to go. If you want a bold and aggressive FOWLR, then by all means go for the Triggers, Lionfish, Maroon Clowns and assertive Tangs that can hold their own against fellow tank mates.
If you want a peaceful aquarium then the Blennie, Royal Gramma, a butterfly, a docile small Tang (like the Tomini Tang) and small Coral Beauty angel mix would be better for you.
You have a 75 gallon - I'd lean towards the peaceful aquarium with smaller fish if I were you.
You have to research compatibility before you buy livestock.
Just my .02$!!

Thanks! I think I’m leaning towards a semi aggressive tank at this point. I’m doing a seeded fish in cycle ( if I even have a cycle) and I picked up a tomato clown and a kupang damsel. The bluehead wrasse is a must and I’m leaning towards a bicolor angel, a small type tang, bluespot puffer and possibly an orchid dotty and/or a type of blennie like a lawnmower.
