75g build.

Nice Mike. Cant wait to see the Limes up and running. I am sure it will be finished at some time in the future. My bet is next April.

I'm sure every one of us has a tank or two sitting around waiting to have something done with them. I have 3 empty tanks & 1 running. Lol. Sounds like a good thread. " How many empty tanks with future plans?" Lol

Finally going back together. I love the way this skimmer looks under here, big thanks to John again for the tweaks to the skimmer.

Thanks chris, glad to have you on board. Finishing up the return plumbing right now and making some ro/di water so I can get this thing running again.

Definitely need to rearrange the wires and fix the return pump(just need to get some new hose). Now I need to hook up the ato and dial in the skimmer but, it's finally, finally running again.

yea ! It's always nice to hear that water running!
Now you get to start spending the serious cash! :lolspin:

You know what man, I'm not really much of a drinker anymore but I think I'd come over and have a Guinness or two and stare at your crystal clear zeo tank lol.

Thanks to PlaneFanatic(Joey) for coming over and helping me and pushing me towards getting it done. Still need to get the ato hooked up, and the two reactors running but, pretty pleased with the way it came out.

About time! Lol. Now we just need that wire to come in and we can get the lights mounted and running. Tank looks awesome mike! Glad to see it running. Just don't nuke your corals like I did....but I know you wont. Rookie mistake for me.

This skimmer is an absolute beast, it's been running for a few days but I just got it all dialed in and I swear this is without a doubt the best skimmer I've ever owned.

Bubbles should get smaller and more consistent when I finally get the salinity to where it needs to be, I know a higher SG makes the skimmer perform, not sure how much better it will perform in 1.026 vs the 1.024 it's in now.

Also note, the cup is drilled and the skimmate is going to a collection jug so it doesn't appear that it's pulled very much out.

Finally wiring the light up, Joey (PlaneFanatic) and I built this the other night, now I don't have to work about seeing wires all over the place. It needs a few more coats of paint but should come out nice.

I got the violets and limes on one of the heatsinks done, I've been awake for coming up on 36 hours so Im going to bed, will finish it tomorrow.
