75gallon sump build

hey guys im doing a 110gallon mixed reef with a 75gallon sump. here is what im thinking as far as the design.
Any suggestions are welcome

I'd skip the sponge unless you are going to change that out often, maybe a little less often then your filter sock, but still often.

Also, what are you going to be putting where that green blob is? Bioballs?

na no bio balls are going ot be used. The green blob is cheto

if it was me i would put the skimmer before the fuge area. Most people put the skimmer in the same section that the tank drains into.

I would change the sump/fuge configuration to one of the following:

Inlet/Filter sock - skimmer - Bubble trap - fuge - return

Inlet/Filter sock - skimmer - Bubble trap - return - fuge-Inlet

ya, you want the skimmer gettin as much as possible. with that config, you'd be gettin a bunch of crap stuck before the skimmer

plus, you want the bubble trap after the skimmer
