Not a bad start.. Are you going to add any fishes? Even though you may be limited to 1 or 2, I see you already have sexy shrimp so I guess that would be enough.

Thanks.

I don't have any fish/ inverts yet. I was going to edit my post to say 'planned stocking list', but I waited too long to edit it. lol. Right now, I just have my cuc (ceriths, dwarf ceriths, nassarius vibrex, nerites, blue hermits). I hope to get the porcelain crab and sexy shrimp within the next few months.

For now the tank will remain fish-less. I may add a pair of neon gobies, and eventually the clam(s) when I have more time to care for the tank.

Fishless nanos are so much easier to care for. You'll find the corals do better without huge waste factories (i.e. fish) to contend with.

Looks like your well on your way good job on the build.

Thanks again. I didn't have fish in my last tank (29 gallon), and that's the plan again, at least for a while. I hope to have this setup for several years.

As I get more SPS I plan to dose Brightwell Aquatics Reef Code A and B. Weekly 10% water changes with Red Sea Coral Pro salt will suffice for now though.

Hows the protein skimmer working out for you...I was thinking of getting the tunze but thought that would be overkill so I started leaning over towards this skimmer. I heard that the hydor is very sensitive to water levels. Any experience with this?????????
