Pretty straight forward for installation. I was wondering if this is more of a safeguard when filling the RO storage or a fire and forget (keep water on at all times).

Thanks!

It does use a solenoid and solenoids can, well essentially they will, someday fail. I would never use one without some sort of backup unattended or at least in a room with a floor drain or an overflow drain plumbed into the reservoir. A backup could be a simple as a basic float valve and hydraulic shut off switch in line.

Sounds good, I think I have a BRS float shutoff I could install on the unit.

Thanks Roger!
