90 gal stocking list

Wet blanket here. My starry Blenny is just the best, pretty fins, changes color, weird eyebrows, it's awesome.

On the other hand, he's the devil.
Just relentless anger, I never knew a fish could be so hateful. Attacks my hand, the baster, a starfish, ywg, a chiton (really? they barely move), a turd, hermit crab, pistol shrimp.
As soon as he runs out of things to attack, he devotes himself entirely to finding a new thing to attack.

The only reason I haven't banished him is that honestly it's kinda respectable. Like a weird zen thing where you gotta give props to that level of intensity. It's a whole nother :)

PS he doesn't even eat any algae. Lol

That is exactly how mine is. I call him mr grumpy gills. And he is a jerk. Like seriously he sucks. Ever since I rehomed the golden dwarf moray that was his best friend he has refused to even move from a hole in the rock. He stays there and stares at you, goes to attack something, then back to the hole.

+1 on the tail spot blenny. They're great fish to watch. I'm also surprised no one has proposed a type of wrasse trio. I've always wanted a set of McCoskers flasher wrasses, so I vote for them!

I do have a tail spot that I can add to that tank if I feel like it. But I have to have a Midas blenny. I have to. And the starry caused the tail spot to hide a lot the last time they were together. I plan on adding the Midas blenny before the starry because of this reason

90 gal stocking list

Considering a new list now, wanting some feedback

Pair of perculas
Chromis
Starry blenny
Midas blenny
Royal gramma
Firefish
Pearly jawfish( instead of blue spot)
Yellowfin flasher wrasse
Orange back fairy wrasse
Solorensis fairy wrasse, Scott's fairy or another flasher( any suggestions?)
Tomini tang

I want to have some shrimp, probably cleaner shrimp or fire shrimp. I also want a porcelain crab. Any issues with any of these
Fish with inverts or corals? I think I am going to go for completely reef safe for this tank instead of having to worry about an angel and puffer, even though I love them.

I wonder if it's a little redundant on the body shapes... kindve a quibble but something to think about.
Maybe ditch a wrasse or two in favor of a chalk bass and a couple anthias if you can swing the auto feeder?

I've been noticing lately that the better looking tanks have either a theme like all stocked up with sim fish (schools of anthias or angels everywhere) or a showpiece (one big tang or foxface). I guess your tang could give that focal point, but for me the tomini doesn't bring all that much to the party. I like when friends come over and say "wow!"

PS the melanurus is a dope wrasse

I was under the impression that anthias groups needed a larger tank. I may end up going back to the original list. With that one, I had covered pretty much all body types
