I have a few people that are interested in some of this stuff... just people I’ve talked to personally about selling them. I hope to hear back from those people soon. That said, I wanted to post this stuff and get any interest in it from a bit wider audience. I’ll give a couple of days for an answer from the other interested parties and then move on to any interest from this forum.

Please post a response in the thread so that it is easier for me to track who wanted what first and we’ll figure out the rest through PM’s. Here we go…

90 Gallon Reef-Ready (48x18x26) - comes with canopy with fans, stand, sump (30 long), hang-on closed loop (needs pump), side cabinet (for closed loop pump, supplies, top off container, etc.), plumbing from set-up. Asking $450

90 Gallon Equipment
2 VHO retros (has bulbs that work, but need replaced) - $40
Eheim 1262 Return Pump - $90
Euro-Reef Skimmer (ES 8-1 w/ Sedra 5000 pump, rated for up to a 135) - $225

I would like to sell all of the above 90 parts as one and will give a good deal if anyone is interested in everything. If it doesn’t sell that way in a little bit, I’ll start to part out at the prices above… so get your dibs in if you want something.

92 Gallon Corner Bowfront (34” radius x 25” tall) w/ canopy, stand, sump (converted wet-dry), 3 x 2 bulb 24” T5 retros (Sunlight Supply â€"œ TEK) installed in hood w/ bulbs (mix of newer and older bulbs), sump light (60W floodlight fixture), plumbing from set-up. Asking $650

Nano Equipment â€"œ All for $40:

I will sell this all as one lot if someone is interested. If not, put in your dibs and I’ll divvy it up. We used the equipment on a 5.5 gallon. The tank got broken in our fish closet, so it is basically all the equipment you would need for a little tank minus the actual tank (which are pretty cheap to get at petco).

Coralife 2 x 18watt PC fixture with legs
Fluval 1plus Nano Filter
Hydor Theo Submersible 25W Heater
Mini-Magfloat (smallest one they make)
Top Fin Hang-on Heater (??? watts… just kept it for back-up)
Glass Thermometer

Other Miscellaneous Stuff:
Tetra Whisper 40 Air Pump - $5
36” Coralife PC Fixture (bulbs work, but definitely can be replaced) - $30

I also have some timers, but I don’t know exactly what I have or how many right now (mostly non-digital wheel type). Let me know if you need some.

I may also have a DIY Euro-Reef RS-135 Clone w/ Sedra 5000 pump available (http://www.randystacye.com/diy_needle_wheel_skimmer.htm). I need to check a couple things with the new set-up first. I tried to do an awesome job on this and I think it came out pretty darn good. It definitely works…

My folks are coming in to town on Friday. The new 270 would be a lot easier to explain if I didn’t have a 90 and 92 gallon aquarium sitting in my kitchen (just figured I’d surprise them with the new tank). So, I’ll probably drop a significant amount off of the tanks if they are gone by Friday.

Pics are upcoming.

A detailed blog of the 92 gallon hood build with some other pics: http://www.reefcentral.com/wp/?p=222

Let me know if you want to see pics of anything else or need more info.

I would love to take one or both of those tanks from ya. Instead, I had better just stick with the Whisper air pump for $5. :D

If its cool with you, I could pick it up at the next meeting at the Critter.

Brandon - No problem on the pump. I don't mind bringing things to the next meeting assuming I can get there. If not, I'll find someone that can. That 92 fits into a corner real nice... not much space required :) At least, that was the argument I used to get that tank in the first place...

We are without fundage at the moment, otherwise I would DEFINITELY give it a shot! My tank now is in the corner and, honestly, I have just about no doubt the 92 wouldn't take up any more room as its pretty far from the wall.

Maybe next time, though. :)

Brian,
I might be interested in the 36” Coralife PC Fixture. Is it 2 96 watt bulbs? Dual control? Moonlights? May also be up for the Eheim 1262 Return Pump if you part out as well as one of the T-5 retro kits.
Thanks,
Tim

The PC fixture is 2 x 96 watt with two cords and switches. It does not have moonlights, but there is space on them underneath where you could mount them. Let me know if you want it and we can always meet at Vanderbilt some time.

I'll let you know on the Eheim and the T-5's... I'm still naively hoping I'll sell everything together.

Here's a bump, a price drop, and a list of what's left... all of this stuff can be looked at and picked up at the meeting (lots of people to help carry tanks :))

Tanks:

90 Gallon Reef-Ready - comes with canopy with fans, stand, sump, hang-on closed loop, side cabinet, plumbing from set-up. Also includes a 2-bulb VHO retrofit. $400

I'd prefer to sell as one, but if you want any parts of the 90, let me know.

92 Gallon Corner Bowfront w/ canopy, stand, sump, 3 x 2 bulb 24” T5 retros w/ bulbs, sump light, plumbing from set-up. ---$550

Again, I prefer to sell as one, but will part. The lights can certainly go separate, but I need to sell all 3 at the same time.

Skimmers:
Euro-Reef Skimmer (ES 8-1 w/ Sedra 5000 pump, rated for up to a 135) - Where the return plumbing comes out of the skimmer it broke loose, so the body has a small crack and I've re-glued the plumbing. I doubt it would leak anyway, but this shouldn't effect the functioning of it as it is an in-sump only skimmer to begin with. ---$175

DIY Euro-Reef RS-135 Clone w/ Sedra 5000 pump--less than 1 month on the pump (similar to http://www.randystacye.com/diy_needle_wheel_skimmer.htm). I just finished this before we decided to upgrade, but it won't fit in new set-up so... ---$120 (a little less than what I paid for the parts and you don't have to do any work)

Nano Equipment:

Coralife 2 x 18watt PC fixture with legs and bulbs less than 1 month ---$25

Fluval 1plus Nano Filter
Hydor Theo Submersible 25W Heater
Mini-Magfloat (smallest one they make)
Top Fin Hang-on Heater (??? watts) ---$10 for all
