90 gallon build

I'm getting back into the hobby after about a 1 year stint.

My last tank was a 72 gallon bow tank and now I am going to a 90 gallon rectangle.

Today I was able to load the tank with sand and live rock and have the tank filed about half way with just ro/di water with no salt added yet. Im not planning on adding any livestock til probably febuary because I want to make sure the system is healthy and introduce some pods and such for when I add fish.

This time I am being a bit more careful and want to do the tank right so please give some advice.

I live in Florida, and was going to get a heater but have heard from many others that the heater is not necessary and can end up cooking the tank. They say the lights will keep the tank heated and so will air temp.

The rest of the tank is as follows. If I am missing anything or you suggest equipment let me know:

Live rock: 150 LBS
Sand: 75 LBS
Sump: 20 gallon long with 4 baffles
Skimmer: Reef octopus 150
Reactors: 2 phosban, 1 planned for phosphate and the other for calcium
Powerhead: 1 jebao wp-8 and plain 1000 GPH powerhead
return: 1500 GPH name brand pump (don't know exact name off hand)
UV sterilizer
Lighting:2 4 ft LED bars, and 1 programmable light found here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331864449057

What overflow system do u have that u can run a 1500 gph return? And what uv sterilizer? I have a 90... looking into uvs. And my return pump is only 425 gph! Lol
