90 Gallon - Good deal?

I found this on craigslist for $400. Is it a good deal?

90 gallon all glass fish aquarium with overflow built in.
Black Stand and Canopy
Glass Top for aquarium.
Wet/Dry system with mag-drive pump model 9
Aqua C Protein Skimmer with pump model 5
Power compact light kit
Lifeguard 25 watt UV Sterilizer with 2 additional bulbs each still containing 80% life in it. Won't need to buy any UV lights for a couple of years.
One Hydor Koralia Pump

About 70-80 lbs. of Rocks. They have been in the garage out of water.

Dimensions of the tank is:
length 4 feet, width 18 inches. height 2 feet
Total height including stand and canopy is 5 feet

yea its a good buy.... if the wet/dry comes with bioballs ditch them. arent needed in saltwater aquariums. and depending on the size of the sump adding a fuge would be very beneficial for your tank...the lights will be fine to start with. but at best you will be only able to keep softies. so you might want to consider upgrading the lights if your hoping to keep LPS SPS anemone or a clam..and do a search on how to clean the rock properly. i would highly think the previous owner just pulled the rock out and let it dry which is no bueno. cause if you throw that rock into a new system without properly cleaning it first, then you will start off in the wrong direction and that rock will leach nasty decayed stuff into the water column for a decent amount of time...
