I wouldn't do it. Why 21Reefman probably had success is because he crowded them. Which with a potentially 5in. aggressive anthias I wouldn't do.
There are several ways you can keep anthias in groups that have a good chance of succeeding. A large group{around nine} in a large tank{180g.+} to spread out the aggression. One anthias per 50-75g. Or, the least practical way because of water quality, space, etc; crowding them{almost like cichlids}.
If you added three lyretails to a 90g you could lose the least aggressive female. I say "could" because fish aren't predictable, but I wouldn't give the less aggressive female a big chance of living. I would just get two at most.
