9002 Skimmer in a 24 Gal aquapod

Does anyone have a 9002 skimmer in a 24 gallon aquapod. If so are their any mods needed or is their enough room for the lid to close with the skimmer in the back?

People have done this but some cutting was required. You might search here or the nano forum or perhaps some one will chime in.
