9011 in sump water levels question

Does it interrupt and break the foam head if the water level rises from normal while in sump mode?

I shut off my pumps frequently for feeding and that causes water levels to go up a few inches in the sump but I don't turn the skimmer off.

Yes if the water level rises too close (within an inch) to the top of the standpipe (where water exits the skimmer) then the foam production can be interrupted. It would be better to locate the skimmer in a section of the sump with baffles that prevent water level fluctuations.
