9020 question

i have my new 9020 running for almost a week now, and looks like it's breaking in, but i see there are 2 holes at the back with water coming out, should it be plug or it's just the way it is ?

This is normal.

does it do anything if i plug it ?

It can affect the water levels it will operate in, mainly the water level has to be in the lower range and you will get more splash from the outlet pipe as more water will be exiting.

so is there some type of plug that special made for the skimmer ? or i can use just anything that'll fit in and plug in ?

Nothing special made but you can buy small rubber stoppers at Lowes.
