I know it has been a while since anyone has heard from me. That is mainly because we were planning and just took a trip to Ukraine to visit the three kids we are adopting. We had a great time, and everything was wonderful. Unfortunately it will be March or April before the adoption is finalized. Just an update, now down to business.
I am trying to help a friend sell their 90g setup. The tank, stand and equipment are about a year and a half old and has been taken perfect care of. The tank is currently running, but needs to be broken down soon as they will be moving.
Here is the list:
90g RR with center in-tank overflow and glass tops
(I belive overflow has a Durso pipe)
Very ornate solid wood(dark finish) stand
Matching canopy with twin 4" fans
Corallife Two-Plug 260w PC fixture
Pro-Clear Aquatics 175/ series Wet/Dry
Pro-Clear Aquatics Motorized 75 skimmer with drain tube and collector(A little small, but works great!)
Magnum 350 Canister Filter
Mag 9.5 system pump
Penguin 1140 powerhead, 250w heater
Extra powerhead heater and trashcan for makeup water
100-150lbs of very purple live rock(Fiji and Gulf of Mexico)
Does have aiptasia on upper level of rocks though!
One occelaris clown and small anemone(not BTA)
One yellow-tail damsel
1g Compound A, 1g Compound B
2 Aquarium Pharmaceuticals test kits
Various food and chemicals
Several useful books
Aluminum Algae scrubber, glass scraper, and net
I belive that covers it. Asking price is $1750.00obo
There is no way or no time to part this system out, sorry!
This is a tank that is like new in appearance and function. It would be a perfect investment for home or office, and I believe it would be best suited for someone with hobby experience looking to upgrade, since the aiptasia will have to be dealt with. With a little work and lighting upgrade this could be an amazing reef tank that could last for years.
I will be taking some pictures today you may contact me if interested. My email is westpat@bellsouth.net, or you can call me at 205-492-5169. System is located in the Trussville/Centerpoint area of Birmingham, 10minutes from I-59.
Thanks,
David West
