If you want to have a lion I would get rid of the clowns. clowns are a good food source for lions. the puffer and angel will be fine in a tank that size.

yes. there is sill a small risk with the puffer, but since it moves slow the clowns will be ok.

You need to consider that the snowflake will get preaty big and may make a meal out of some your choices.
