9410 isn't getting the bubbles to the cup?

If my 9410 isn't just pumping water into my cup then the bubbles aren't even making it to the cup.

Right now the bubbles are hardly making it above that black ring inside the body part. If I pinch the air hose then it will fill with water. The bubbles look good. I took it apart and it looked fine, but cleaned it a bit anyways.
I haven't added or removed or done anything out of the norm. And haven't done anything but feed the last week, worked yesterday, but not today.

How do I fix it? besides just toss it in the trash?

It does have a two year warranty, you are welcome to send it in for repair. However, not working for one day means very little, I would give it sometime and keep in mind, less air flow= more water flow. The pump is essentially a 500gph pump and all you adjust is what ratio of that is water and what ratio is air. If it is all water you will tend to get a cup of water. I would be sure the skimmer is submerged 6-7" not more, more will likely produce more watery skimmate. I would not dump any water that is removed back into the tank, it may contain a substance which is aggravating the condition and disposing of it may help get skimming back to normal. I would open the air as much as possible without skimming only water. What foods are you using? Many of the new disease preventing foods cause this issue temporarily due to the very high level of vitamins and colloidal substances in the foods.
