I ran a 9440 master Doc when I had a heavily stocked 220 gallon reef and it simply rocked. It was overkill for that tank so I think it will be a great skimmer for your 250. Go for it.

Thanks Jeff, Check this video. 9440 on a 120g!!!! And it's killer!
Roger says a better model coming in Sept. so I'll wait and see but that 9440 looks great.low watts,not water level picky.
