96w square pin PC bulb, new FS

I bought the wrong bulb, and don't wan to ship it back.
it is a 96 Watt 8800k square pin bulb. bought it for 19 dollars, sell it for 19 dollars.

my pc has 65w bulbs in it right now... will i be able to use 96w bulbs in it and get the 96w out of them?

I'm pretty sure you will have to have a 96 watt ballast to run the 96 w bulb

yeah, check the ballast and see if it can handle 96 watts. A lot of companys including CPR and orbit will put in ballasts that can acually run more wattage.
also the bulbs are longer, about 36 inches

Hey Shawn, I have a Coralife fixture that uses 96 watt Quad CF. Is it 2 or 4 bulbs?

its the longer, 2 bulb unit.
