Roger,

I have a Tunze 9935 power supply that runs a 6101 pump with a 7095 controller. The power supply is not working. I have two so I did the whole swap process and still no go. It is about one and half months out of warranty, so I decided to open it to see if it had a blown fuse. The fuse was fine. How can I get a new one or get this one fixed?
Thanks,
David

These power supplies are not something we ever repair, they are essentially disposable, they are off the shelf laptop power supplies. Short of opening them to inspect for water damage we do not repair them or suggest repairing them. I would just replace it, the number you give is the manufacturers part number, I suspect you have our article number 6101.240, it will say our number in smaller print at the end of the text on the label. The current equivalent is 6105.240.
