A Clammy Question

Hi all..and Happy New Year!:celeb3:
Is it true that peppermint shrimp can/will bother clams??
I need to do something about my aptasia problem in DT..I have 3 who have eradicated all aptasia in my refugium.

Peppermint's should be fine........I have 5 in my reef with a few big crocea's and two little Maxi's and they never go near them...
usually the only ones that pick at clams are cleaner shrimp but i have always had cleaners to with no problems,but i have heard about people who have.I would throw them in........it should be fine...............:rollface:
