A couple of questions on my new reef tank

I started my 90 gallon with 100 lbs of rock and 20 lbs was live rock from my other tank. 80 lbs of "live sand" I bought online and pound or 2 from existing reef tank. It has been running since Saturday. Now that I brought you up to speed here are my questions

1. How much should I ghost feed with mysis shrimp?

2. How long before I see traces of ammonia in my test ?

I did my last tank by dosing ammonia directly (see pdf) ignore the temps at the bottom of the page it was written for seahorses, and this ammonia dosing calculator works well.

Welcome, just make sure you get ammonia that doesn't have anything else added to it. this is the stuff that was available where I live. adding the 20# of live rock will defiantly speed things up.

I thinking you may or may not see a full cycle, but may see a mini one. If you used some live rock and live sand from a existing tank you may not get one. The best way to find out is to get the pure ammonia as mentioned above and dose it until you are reading 3ppm. If the tank is cycled, then the ammonia should be reading 0ppm around 24 hours, being converted to nirites and nirates.
