A couple of questions?

I have these dark spots of algea on some of my rock its like thick Dark brown spots and red ones . I put phosguard in my filter on Saturaday it is getting worse. Thicker on the rock dose it do this before it gets better. My PH was 8.4 and my ALk was it was a lite green color in the middle of the chart it said normal it was like to the top of that 1.7 which is lower then it should be. So what should I do?

What is the tecture of the algae? Fuzzy, hard, slimy etc...

You can raise you alk be adding sodium bicarbonate

Diatoms they will go away after a month or so.

one of my anemones is closed right up and looks funny.

Looks like diatoms to me as well. Check your water for phosphates and do a round of tests such as nitrite, nitrate, ammonia while you're at it.

As for the anemome, it's normal for them to close up from time to time.

Just noticed you're from the Bahamas, what island?
