A+ customer service

Ordered a Tunze nano skimmer and the next day I believe Michelle called and said they it was not in stock but hoped to have it before the end of the week. I had heard rumors that the skimmers were backordered and traveling by sea and wouldn't be in for a couple weeks. I called and left a message explaining my predicament and asking if needed could I cancel my order. Received a phone call this morning that the skimmers were in their possession and as soon as checked in it would ship to me and I might have it before Thanksgiving!

You guys rock! Great communication and customer service as ALWAYS!

You should have gotten it today, the box is heading your way. :)

You guys ROCK! All of you! Great customer service. You are the standard IMO of customer service and what a store should be in this hobby.

Can't wait to get the package and get my 24aquapod skimming.

Here is a pic of it just set up last night from stuff from the 58gal that got a leak.

3172 gallons per hour, and 400 watts on a 24 gallon tank. You sir, have Moxie! (and hopefully a good chiller!)

Thanks for the kind words!

A Moxie?

I have the 6100 turned down all the way on the box of the unit but am running it full on the controller and about 1/2 pulsing back and forth.

Only those two fans on the hood. They cool the tank down in less than 10min.

I have a Pacific Coast Import (since 2004) chiller than I have just in case but I'll use fans as I don't want another pump or plumbing

Looks good Eric! My 58 sprung a leak a few months back as well, down on the front right, bottom seam. I woke up to a nice mess that day!

Jeremy - Oh what fun. Good thing is mine was just a slow seep where I noticed the occational drip. Caught it before something bad happened
