A dying magnifica?

Hello,

I'm following this thread for quite some time now, but it's the first time I'm posting a thread.

I have a 350l tank+ a 100l sump. Tank is running for three years now and went various phases with ups and downs.

Currently things are pretty stable for over a year now.
Live stock includes soft corals mostly and a few lps. No sps corals.

It's also home for an LTA anemone ( macrodactyla doreensis ), two mini carpets and two small BTAs. All corals and anemones are doing great.

Two months ago I purchased a magnifica anemone and it imediatelly became home for the two occelaris clowns I have. He was doing fine considering the difficulty of this species. He hasn't moved from the rock I put it since the first day.

Last week I noticed a strange behavior, mag was deflating an hour before lights went out and inflating when they were closed. Since this behavior was more and more often I decided to set up a QT and start a treatment following the protocoll I read here.
The antibiotic I used is the rimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. It's called Bactrimel here in Greece and it's available without a prescription. Cipra is also available but only with a prescription.

I'm posting two photos, when mag was fine and today in QT on Day 3.

Judging from the look of it, I assume he's a goner but I would greatly appreciate another opinion.

Should I continue the treatment or should I let go?

And some info of the main setup:
Skimmer : Deltec MCE600, GFO reactor and biopellets reactor.
Lighting : 4x39W T5 ( ATI bulbs ) and 36 3Watt LEDS ( custom ).
Circulation: Jebao RW15 and two Tunze 6025.
All parameters are stable, NO3 is 5ppm, Phosphates is 0.03, Ca 400, KH 8.4, Mg 1350.
Salinity 1.025, Temp is 25 Celcius.

Thank you! ( Please excuse any errors in the post since english is not my native language).
