A few corals for sale

I have 3 small corals I'd like to part with, just to make a bit of room in my 55g.

1) Kenya Tree - lower right corner (it's a tad bigger now)

2) Wood Polyps - lower left corner (about same size still)

3) Pulsing Xenia - the longer stalked stuff, upper left portion of tank. the stalk on the far left has already been given out, so it's just the rest of them and what has grown since photo was taken.


They are $20 a piece.

lol, yeah, these three in particular have grown so well in my tank and I have little frags of them everywhere. So i'm not worried bout getting rid of the bigger ones. The little guys will grow just fine by the time I'm ready to swap everything into a larger tank. And I'm sellin' em cheap since these guys are pretty common and grow so fast. So far the pulsing xenia are the largest of the three and on a decent chunk of rock. And they pulse like mad in my setup.

I'm glad you are enjoying it Scott, they are definatly on my favorites list, they look so darn good when they fill in and pulse like crazy!

I don't know the official name of the wood polyps, but they are very similar to the xenia (same family I believe) , they don't pulse, but they get very large opened up feathers when conditions are right. Also very gorgeous.

Adam, I believe the Wood Polyps are Anthelia sp.. I didn't get a very good look at them.

That's it!!! I knew somebody would remember the name. I have it written down at home in my tank log but I couldn't remember off the top of my head. I'm all about the common names, lol.


fwiw, I'm more than willing to consider trades, as long as it's something I don't already have.
