A frag plug with zoas on both top and bottom? What to do?

I don't buy zoas cause LFS's around here either only get in hand sized rocks with zoas that are too pricy cause of the rock and amount of polyps, or they get a frag of gorgeous ones but put them on a huge rock and won't sell them till they spread over said rock. That being said, I took advantage of a little zoa frag for 10 bucks.

It's a quater sized shell with yellow zoas on it. The problem is, is that there's zoas on both sides of the shell...and I can't stand the frag up...but obviously both sides can't both get light. So, I was gonna scrape one side off and put it on another rock, but then this morning I saw a Teddy Bear Crab eating at them. So, now one side has 4-5 polyps, and the other one and a half. I've never fragged anything...and I don't want to frag the healthier one and it die, but I don't want the smaller one to die either...

What do I do?

Is it possible to get a picture of what you are describing? It would help alot, if you can.

If you cant get a pic, I will try to help out anyways.

Zoas?

Zoas?

Why can't you just super glue the frag onto a larger piece of rock on its side so both sides will eventually get covered with the zoas..and yes +1 on getting rid of that bad crab....

Oh, it's already out. I got it out as soon as I saw it...it was a little too easy actually....

Hm, I didn't think of glueing it...would epoxy work? Or does epoxy have to settle out of water first?

SIR PATRICK,
Well, normally I would provide a pic, but my camera's dead.

Thats how I would do it also. On a rock, or even another frag plug, depending on what works best for placement.

Superglue, yes that superglue. It's the preferred glue of reefers everywhere.

+1 on the super glue make sure to get the gel kind, goto your nearest dollar tree or 1$ im sure the will have packets of 3 glue things for 1$, my opinion there perfect and cheap for reef needs, expesh fagging :)
