A little advice please

My LFS got a real cool Montipora digitata frag in today, and I am considering going back tomarrow to get it. It is a very small frag, about an inch tall, max. It is labled at 20$. Is that any good, or is that a rip off? The LFS's around here don't get SPS corals very often, so I wanna take advantage of it. Also, is there anything special that needs to be done to care for it or is it a typical SPS? Lastly, what is the average growth rate of these corals? I have heard something like 3-5 in. per year, depending on tank/lighting conditions. (2x150W HQI 10,000K, 2x110W PC 50/50)

One more thing, I plan on putting it next to a medium sized Acro colony. Any potential problems there, or will that be OK?
Thanx:rollface:

since you already have some sps experience, why not give yourself a try. (IMO)
regarding the price, you need to consider yourself, worth it or not.
:D :D :lol2

I think its worth it seeing how rare cool looking SPS corals are around here. I was really just wondering what others would expect to pay for a frag like that.

Thats a fair price. Digi can grow very fast! It will seem slow at first but thats because it will lay down a base then blast off!!

Well, here it is. Told ya it was small...
